Starting secondary school is a big change for every family, and we know this can be a daunting time for families affected by cystic fibrosis.

We've filled our secondary school pack with loads of useful and interesting information on developing an individual health care plan, managing treatment and infection control, dealing with absence, and a helpful checklist, as well as an ‘Ask the psychologists’ section (and loads, loads more!).
